"Public Violence - Personal Self Defense"
Program

Guardian Martial Arts proudly teaches the art of American Kenpo designed by Ed Parker, the "Father of American Karate".

Our "Public Violence - Personal Self Defense" program is designed to equip the participant with the skills and techniques to emerge safely from an attack by a hostile shooter.

The course is 8 weeks long and meets once a week at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays. The next course begins Feb. 5th, 2008.

It is a unique program designed to educate the average individual on actions they can take to avoid being a victim in a public shooting. Topics include environmental awareness, ways to take cover and find safety, and how to recognize signs that an individual is a potential gunman. In addition, self-defense techniques will be taught throughout the course. Public Shootings are becoming more and more commonplace in our schooles and public gathering spots. This class is for anyong that would like to educate themselves or their children on ways to help avoid becoming a victim.

The cost of the class is $60.00
